MOSCOW, September 28 (RAPSI) – The Moscow City Court on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s ruling on the arrest of lawyer Anatoly Fursov in absentia as part of a murder case, the court’s press service told RAPSI.

The Presnensky District Court of Moscow issued the arrest warrant for Fursov in mid-August. He is to be placed in detention for two months after his actual arrest. 

According to court records, the man is charged with killing two and more persons. He could face life in prison if convicted.
