MOSCOW, December 21 - RAPSI. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree pursuant to which bills must be initially discussed at public councils and posted on the Internet, the government's press service said on Friday.

The bills will have to be discussed at public council meetings with federal authorities in attendance.

All bills and regulations of the federal executive power will be posted online on the official regulation.gov.ru website.

"The adoption of this resolution is aimed at improving the quality of legal acts of federal executive authorities, setting a more transparent procedure for their adoption, and increasing the participation of citizens, organizations and public councils in forming the standards for rendering state services," the message reads.
The resolution was drafted by the Ministry of Economic Development.
