MOSCOW, October 13 (RAPSI) - Head of the Just Russia party Sergei Mironov has submitted a bill to the State Duma that regulates activity of the Russian parliament (the Federal Assembly), RIA Novosti reported Tuesday.

The bill on the Russian Federal Assembly is aimed to develop Constitutional provisions on parliament and to ensure legal control of parliamentary activities.

The draft law stipulates legal base and main principles of the parliament’s activity, appoints members of the State Duma and the Federation Council and determines their status and jurisdiction.
