MOSCOW, August 17 (RAPSI) – The Ministry of Communications and Mass Media has proposed to limit foreign ownership of traffic exchange points in Russia as part of amendments to the law on communications published on the official website of legal information for public discussion.

The bill reads that foreign states companies and citizens can’t control more than 20% of traffic exchange point’s shares.
