MOSCOW, June 18 (RAPSI) – Russian government has filed a bill with the State Duma introducing fines for failing to prepare enough funds or assets in preparation for the forest fires, the statement of the government reads.

According to the bill, officials, entrepreneurs and legal entities would have to pay fines if they fail to follow plans on extinguishing forest fires. Authors of the document note that during last few years several regions met with lack of resources to put down the forest fires.
