MOSCOW, September 5 (RAPSI) – Russian government has submitted a bill concerning the number of the Constitutional Court administrators to the lower house of parliament. The document’s version has been published on the State Duma database.

According to the draft law, the number of the Constitutional Court administrators is to be fixed by the law on federal budget for the ensuing financial year and planning period.

Amendments are proposed to the Law on The Constitutional Court of Russia.

The bill is drafted to eliminate legal uncertainties and unify provisions of certain legal acts.

The initiative is expected to come into force on January 1, 2020, if adopted.
