MOSCOW, October 16 (RAPSI) – President Vladimir Putin has signed two bills on legal regulation of organizing children’s recreation and health into law.

The laws are aimed to provide safe and comfortable conditions for children’s rest in holiday camps, suppress illegal activity in this sphere, strengthen the responsibility of heads of organizations specializing in rest and recreation for the quality of services provided.

The first document envisages creating a special register of organizations specializing in children’s rest and recreation.

According to the legislative proposal, starting June 1, 2020, only organizations and individual entrepreneurs added to this register would have a right to provide children’s recreation and rest services. The list will be on the open Internet.

The companies would be included in the register after a relevant check, the State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin stated earlier. Repeated violators would be excluded from the list, he added.

The second law fixes administrative penalties for organization of children’s rest and recreation by companies or individual entrepreneurs not included in the registers.
