MOSCOW, March 5 (RAPSI) – The Government has submitted a bill consolidating existing registers of socially oriented NGOs and NGOs of the same kind mostly affected by the coronavirus pandemic to Russia’s lower house of parliament, according to the State Duma website.

The draft law defines the running of the unified register and excludes norms forming the two registers, an explanatory note to the document reads.
