MOSCOW, August 23 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. The Irkutsk Regional Commercial Court has initiated the bankruptcy supervision of Stroy-Service, formerly known as "Rema Immobilien", the companys representative reported during a hearing at the Moscow Commercial Court.
The Moscow Commercial Court today began hearing an application filed by Stroy-Service in April for its own bankruptcy. The court chose to delay further hearings until September 20, in order to allow Story-Service time to submit a judicial act confirming its bankruptcy supervision.
The companys lawyer explained that Rema Immobilien changed its name and address in May. Currently, the company is registered in Irkutsk. Its bankruptcy application was filed with the Irkutsk Commercial Court, which launched Stroy-Services bankruptcy supervision on August 18.
The Moscow Commercial Court is also hearing an application filed by the Federal Tax Service for the bankruptcy of Rema Immobilien.
Rema Immobilien is fully owned by Russias RTM Development Group, founded in 2006. It develops and manages residential and commercial facilities in Russian major cities.
