MOSCOW, August 23 - RAPSI. Deputy head of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Natural Resources (Rosprirodnadzor) in the Far Eastern District Vladimir Andronov has been fined 50,000 rubles ($1,700) for administrative offenses relating to the state procurement process, the Prosecutor General's Office said on Tuesday.

The Prosecutor General's Office has established that Rosprirodnadzor department failed to adequately supervise the execution of state contracts, and impermissibly delayed the execution of two contracts. The party with whom the agency had contracted did not exercise his right to compensation for the delay.

The Khabarovsk Territory Board of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) fined Andronov 50,000 rubles.
