MOSCOW, August 29 - RAPSI. Two Russians will stand trial for obtaining a 10 million ruble (approximately $346,030) loan from Sberbank under false pretenses, the Prosecutor Generals Office reported on Monday.

According to investigators, Vladimir Krivosheyev and Dzhabrail Davudov, in collusion with another, defrauded Sberbank of about 10 million rubles in Krasnoyarsk in September 2008 using false documents.

Krivosheyev and Davudov have been charged with fraud. Davudov has also been charged with forgery.
