MOSCOW, October 6 - RAPSI. The Prosecutor General's Office initiated a case on carrying out business activity violating the terms stipulated by the license against the Avianova airline, the office reported on Thursday.

Avianova delayed 15 flights on October 3-4.

The case was submitted to the Moscow Commercial Court to be examined and to attract the airlines to administrative responsibility, RIA Novost reported.

Avianova started operating in August 2010. Its fleet consists of Airbus A-320 planes and is based at Sheremetyevo airport and Krasnodar's aerodrome.

The company carried 1.4 million passengers in 2010.
