ST. PETERBURG, May 17 - RAPSI. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will take part in the Second International Legal Forum (SPILF) beginning in St. Petersburg on May 17.
The forum will be held from May 17 to May 19 and will address issues including anticorruption efforts, WTO legal space, antimonopoly regulation, the execution of judgments passed by international commercial tribunals, the legal grounds of international trade relations, encouraging public participation in the legislative process, and the development of lobbying in Russia.
The forum was founded by the Justice Ministry in 2011 and Medvedev took part in the first forum as head of state.
This year the forum will host representatives from over 50 countries. Its major sponsors include the Justice Ministry, the Supreme Commercial Court, the State Hermitage and the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum Fund.
