MOSCOW, December 5 - RAPSI. The American Lawyer released a ranking of the world’s 100 highest grossing law firms.

In order to assess the firm’s respective values, The American Lawyer multiplied the cash flow (profit generated after the deduction of all equity partners’ salaries) by a series of other factors. These other factors include a size multiple (a number assigned based on the firm’s annual revenue), revenue and profit growth multiples (numbers assigned based on the average growth or decline in revenue and net income since the 2009 fiscal year), and a brand strength multiple (a number assigned based on whether or not the firm was included in one of two global brand indexes.)

Filling the top ten slots in the ranking are the following firms, with their respective values in parentheses:

1.  Kirkland & Ellis ($3,953,500,000)
