MOSCOW, August 13 (RAPSI) - Crispo S.r.l. (Italy) has filed a petition with a court requesting early termination of legal protection for the “Криспа” and “Crispa” trademarks registered by Cadbury UK Limited, Russia's Intellectual Property Court (IP Court) told RAPSI.

Earlier, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) registered “Криспа” and “Crispa” for Cadbury UK Limited to mark Class 30 products of the International (Nice) Classification of Goods and Services (coffee, tea, cocoa; pastries and confections; sugar, etc.).

The third parties in the case are Rospatent and the Federal Institute of Industrial Property. The preliminary hearings have been scheduled for December 15.

The claimant has produced chocolate, sugar-glazed almond and chocolate products and pralines since 1890.
