MOSCOW, September 27 (RAPSI) – Over 300 webpages containing information on train hitching were removed in a year, Russia’s communications watchdog Roskomnadzor announced on Wednesday.

Currently, two Internet pages are blocked because of failure to delete prohibited information. On request of Roskomnadzor, all information concerning train hitching must be removed by websites’ administration based on expert findings and court rulings.

Train hitching is a ride on the outside of a moving train, tram or another rail transport. Since 1990s, this way of moving has become a hobby for young people, passing into subculture. According to experts, train hitching is a latent form of suicidal behavior.
