MOSCOW, October 31 (RAPSI) – The anniversary conference on international arbitration “Russia as a Place for Dispute Resolution” organized by the Russian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Russia) will be held on November 28 in Moscow.

The discussion aims to contribute to the development of courts of arbitration and international commercial arbitration in Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States, to promote Russia as place for dispute resolution and to advance Russian arbitrators in national and international arbitration institutions.

President of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Alexis Mourre and representatives of the court are expected to attend the conference.

Among the topics for discussion are expedited arbitration procedure and problem of proving corruption in international disputes reviewed by arbitration institutions.

Panel called “The most high-profile commercial cases of 2017” will be dedicated to the most relevant and specific disputes in this area.

Organizers of the conference invite experts in international arbitration law, lawyers, representatives of scientific and academic community and audience members interested in learning more about best practices in the sphere of alternative dispute resolution.

The conference will be held in Russian and English languages at StandArt Hotel Moscow located at Strastnoy Bul'var, 2.
