Moscow court prohibits unauthorized use of recruitment database
MOSCOW, January 25 (RAPSI) – The Moscow City Court has prohibited the use of HeadHunter database of resumes and vacancies without authorization from the rights owner, the court’s press-service has told RAPSI.
The court partially granted a lawsuit filed by HeadHunter company seeking to prohibit the defendants, National Telecommunications company and Alexander Krass to use its database on the website friendwork.ru. The plaintiff did not ask for material compensation.
According to the press-service, HeadHunter representatives filed the lawsuit in November 2017. Back then the court ruled to temporarily ban friendwork.ru.
