MOSCOW, June 20 (RAPSI) – Russia’s Presidential Council for Human Rights will create a concept of the human rights national action plan, the advisory body’s chairman Mikhail Fedotov has told RAPSI.

According to Fedotov, the human rights national plan is a new form of strategic planning used in number of countries, which was proposed by the UN.

The national action plan would include short, medium and long term goals for protecting rights of women, children, disabled persons and other disadvantaged groups, he noted.
