MOSCOW, June 10 (RAPSI) – Russia’s High Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova proposed to review or reform the stage of initiation of criminal cases during her meeting with President Vladimir Putin on Monday.

According to Moskalkova, numerous complaints the ombudsman’s office receives are concern illegal and unjustified refusal to institute a criminal case, red tape during investigation and disregard of a victim.
