MOSCOW, November 6 (RAPSI) – The Presidential Council for Human Rights, the Civic Chamber, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation and Rusfond charity fund on Wednesday signed a memorandum on coincidence of wants in marrow donorship, a RAPSI correspondent reports from the ground.

The document was signed by the human rights body’s Chair Valery Fadeyev, First Vice-President of the Civic Chamber Vyacheslav Bocharov and President of Rusfond Lev Ambinder.

According to Ambinder, the agreement touches not only the unity of interests in the marrow donorship development in Russia, which is not conceivable without civic society’s participation, but promotion of the public health service in the interests of ill children. Rusfond is in addition to and not in lieu of the state budget, he said.
