MOSCOW, February 7 (RAPSI) – Moscow’s Cheremushkinsky District Court has sentenced a former court clerk Lilia Bolovina to 4 years in custody as part of a fraud case, the Moscow prosecutor’s office has told RAPSI.

According to the statement, Bolovina acting as a clerk to a judge of one of the Moscow court and using her job position has conspired with several defendants in criminal cases and for a monetary reward has typed on her work computer three patently false court rulings, forged the judge’s signature and added false information on the consideration of civil cases to the automated court records information system.

Later, the prosecutors state, the accused woman gave false orders to accomplices, who applied to the Moscow Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography directorate for the apartment property registration. As a result of their illegal actions, victims have lost property rights to 2 flats, and the Moscow City Government’s Department of Municipal Housing has been caused damage estimated at more than 17.6 million rubles (about $300,000).

Bolovina has pleaded guilty in full.
