MOSCOW, April 27 (RAPSI) – Office of the Russian High Commissioner for Human Rights has received over 500 applications during the coronavirus spread, the federal ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova reports.

Her office has opened an initiatve hotline and the number of applications rises at an exponential rate because citizens see that they receive legal and consulting assistance, she says.

People mostly complain about the absence of masks and disinfecting agents as well as impossibility to take tests for coronavirus. According to Moskalkova, the problem is being solved.

Moreover, there are applications over housing relations including problems of rental payment, owners’ demands to leave living quarters and others, the statement reads.
