The State Duma passed in the second and third readings on Friday amendment to the Tax Code applying to healthcare workers and certain organizations in relation to the coronavirus spread. Thus, under the draft law, payments to doctors and medical staff engaged in care of coronavirus-infected patients will not be subjected to the personal income tax.
