The number of applications concerning protection of family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood rights filed with the Office of Russia’s High Commissioner of Human Rights in the first half of 2020 increased twice as compared to the same period of the previous year, federal ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova said during the Rights and Responsibility of Fathers roundtable on Friday.
