MOSCOW, January 19 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. The Moscow Commercial Court postponed on Thursday until February 16 its hearing of the Moscow Tire Factory's bankruptcy case, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com) reports from the courtroom.

A bankruptcy administrator's representative told the court that the creditors' schedule contains eight creditors' claims amounting to 742 million rubles ($23.5 million). No signs of fraudulent bankruptcy have been found. The creditors voted for the factory's bankruptcy during their meeting. The factory mainly owns immovable property that is currently being leased. It is sufficient to finance the bankruptcy, but the lawyer did not produce any evidence, and the court thus postponed the bankruptcy hearing.

The court ordered the factory's supervision upon the request of VinNet-R on December 22.

The Moscow Tire Factory produced tires for passenger cars, trucks, buses and trolleybuses since 1945 before ceasing operation.
