MOSCOW, February 2 - RAPSI. A businessmen's rights commissioner with a special procedural status will be established in Russia, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.

"Russia will have a commissioner to protect the rights of all businessmen - not only foreign investors. The commissioner will be given a special procedural status," he said at the Russia-2012 forum.

The decision is part of the first series of measures to improve the Russian investment climate.

The prime minister said the commissioner will be entitled to represent businessmen in court, consider their complaints and submit proposals to government authorities.
