MOSCOW, September 15 - RAPSI. The Russian Audit Chamber has criticized ministries and governmental agencies for poorly implementing the national anticorruption strategy in 2010, the audit chamber said.
The laws and decrees adopted by the government from 2008 until 2010 built a strong legal ground for anticorruption policy.
Meanwhile, legal acts aimed at tackling corruption proved inefficient, it added.
The chamber also said that in 2010 anticorruption measures were financed at the expense of ministerial budgets as opposed to by the federal budget.
