MOSCOW, August 23 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. The Moscow Commercial Court has postponed until September 26 its hearing of a petition filed by ProektService for the bankruptcy of Innogarant, an insurance company that served as Capital Tours insurer, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reports from the courtroom.

The court postponed the hearing as the Federal Service for Financial Markets was not notified of the hearing date.

ProektServices lawyer earlier said that Innogarant owed it 206,500 rubles ($7,130).

Innogarant has been operating as an insurance company since 2000. Its authorized capital amounts to 1.65 billion rubles ($57 million).
