MOSCOW, August 24 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. The Moscow Commercial Court, on Wednesday, registered the Tsentrotransstroy-region lawsuit on insolvency of the grain company Nastyusha, a principal company of a major Russian grain producing and processing group, the court told Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).

The date for examination of foundations for the lawsuit has been set.

Earlier, Tsentrotransstroy-region recovered 3.36 million rubles ($116,141) in debt under the loan agreement. This court ruling came into effect on August 8 after an appeal instance.

Nastyusha was founded in 1992. Nastyusha group comprises enterprises that produce, store and process grain.
