MOSCOW, December 7 - RAPSI. Russian Chief Bailiff Artur Parfenchikov has proposed introducing criminal liability for the failure to execute a court ruling.

"We need to have criminal liability for the deliberate non-execution of court rulings, especially non-property rulings. This issue must be resolved," Parfenchikov said.

He said that most of these cases concern the non-execution of court rulings by individuals.

"Legal entities fulfill the rulings, as they are subject to criminal liability for failing to execute them," Parfenchikov said.

He said that many legal systems in other countries stipulate this kind of liability.
