ROSTOV-ON-DON, August 29 - RAPSI. The Rostov Regional Commercial Court has upheld the Federal Antimonopoly Services (FAS) decision declaring TZK-Avia and two other air fuel suppliers guilty of maintaining unreasonably high prices on fuel, the services press-secretary told RIA Novosti.

According to the FAS, TZK-Avia, Bashneft-Yug and Kapital-Yug maintained unreasonably high prices on air fuel between October 2009 and July 2010.
TZK-Avias actions in collusion with these suppliers resulted in increased fuel price growth when TZK-Avia sold the fuel to airlines at the Rostov-on-Don airport.

The FAS declared the companies in breach of competition law. The companies appealed the decision at the Rostov Regional Commercial Court.

The court sided with the antimonopoly watchdog and dismissed the appeal.

TZK-Avia is the only company fueling Rostov-on-Don Airports aircraft.
