MOSCOW, September 6 - RAPSI. A Moscow court has placed under house arrest former Tula Region Governor Vyacheslav Dudka, who has been accused of accepting a large bribe, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reports from the courtroom.
The court has satisfied the investigators appeal.
According to the investigators, Dudka, along with Viktor Volkov, the head of the Tula Regional Property and Land Department, granted a 2.5 hectare land plot to a company for the construction of a superstore in exchange for a bribe in spring 2010.
