MOSCOW, September 6 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. The Moscow Commercial Court has postponed until October 4 its hearing of two applications filed by Soyuz Bank for the bankruptcy of Wild Orchid Group, the Russian Legal Information Agency reported.
The court has postponed the hearing to allow the defendant to study the bankruptcy applications and to submit its counterarguments, as the company was not provided with the applications earlier.
Founded in 1994, the Wild Orchid Group operates the Wild Orchid, Bustier and Defile lingerie chains. It also owns the VI Legion male underwear stores and the Underwear Bazar discount shop. Wild Orchid manages 271 stores in Russia and 37 stores in Ukraine.
