Moscow, September 20 - RAPSI, Natalya Belova. The Moscow Commercial Court has postponed the hearings in the lawsuit filed by the Beryozka Villa Community against the Moscow government for levying 4.68 bln rubles ($151.48 mln), the Russian Legal Information Agency reports from the courtroom.
The lawsuit is based on a contract dated December 29, 2005 on the construction of a multi-purpose facility in southwestern Moscow.
The plaintiff filed an appeal on Tuesday to amend the lawsuit, increasing the amount claimed to 6.6 bln rubles ($213.81 mln). The claimant wishes to levy 6 bln rubles ($164.38 mln) as lost profit.
The claimant is also appealing to the court to collect another 303 mln rubles ($9.82 mln) that the company invested in development under the contract.
The plaintiff is calling for the contracts termination.
