MOSCOW, September 22 - RAPSI. A commercial court has registered two Defense Ministry's lawsuits against a major munitions factory for more than $72 million, according to the court's report.

The defendant, Kurganmashzavod, is controlled by Machinery & Industrial Group N.V. It manufactures military equipment and multi-purpose utilities construction machines.
Both lawsuits were filed on September 20.

RAPSI has yet to find out the subject of the disputes.
