MOSCOW, September 26 - RAPSI, Sergei Feklyunin. A collection agency withdrew its bankruptcy application against a major construction company, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).
The Moscow Commercial Court registered a bankruptcy petition filed by the Interregional Collection Agency against SU-155 construction company on September 7. However, the Agency withdrew the petition on September 16. The court returned the lawsuit without considering it.
A commercial court earlier decided to award the Agency 63 million rubles ($1.9 million) in its lawsuit against the developer and FinStroyLeasing company. The collection agency obtained the right to a claim from the Moscow Bank for Reconstruction & Development.
SU-155 was established over 50 years ago. It is the leading construction group in Russia and comprises over 140 independent companies, including 28 industrial enterprises in 17 cities. It is on the government list of key companies in construction business and public utilities.
