MOSCOW, September 29 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. A commercial court held against the Finance Ministry's lawsuit against a trawler fleet for $412 million on Thursday, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reports from the courtroom.

The ministry seeks from the Murmansk Trawler Fleet the amount of unjust enrichment for the operation of six fishing ships purchased for the fleet at the federal budget's expense. The amount is determined on the basis of the caught fish over the ship's nine-year operation, which the ministry deems unlawful.

The fleet was set up on March 19, 1920 and is a major fishing enterprise now.
