MOSCOW, September 30 - RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova, Sergei Feklyunin. Businessman Viktor Baturin filed a lawsuit with a commercial court to invalidate a transaction to sell the Inteko development company owned by his sister Yelena Baturina, who is also Russia's richest woman and the wife of former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, the Russian LegalInformation Agency (RAPSI) reported on Friday.
Baturin requested for the sale of Inteko to be found illegal. Following the transaction, Mikail Shishkhanov and Sberbank Investitsii were to become its owners.
Baturin also seeks to restore 25 percent of his shares in the shareholders' register.
"The transaction is null and void because my sister disposed of property that does not belong to her," he told RAPSI.
Shishkhanov holds 97.079 percent of Binbank's charter capital. He is also the president.
Binbank is a top-30 Russian bank.
According to Forbes, the 39-year-old businessman is one of Russia's 200 richest businessmen.
