A commercial court postponed until October 28 the hearing of a lawsuit filed by Raspadsky Ugol to cancel the antimonopoly watchdog's decision that the company abused its position on the market, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Monday.
Raspadskaya is a compact integrated coal mining and enrichment complex in the Kemerovo region, Russia. It is Russia's leading coking coal producer. Raspadsky Ugol is its subsidiary.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service determined that Raspadsky Ugol abused its dominant position on the coking coal market.
The court postponed the hearing to allow the parties to submit additional documents.
