MOSCOW, October 5 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A regional commercial court declared a recess until October 7 in hearing an oil and gas company's bankruptcy application, the court told the Russian Legal Information agency (RAPSI) on Wednesday.
The Tyumen Region Commercial Court put the Obneftegaz oil and gas company into administration on May 4.
The court satisfied in August an application of the company's administrator for an earlier hearing of its bankruptcy case, while the initial plan was to hear it in November.
The bankruptcy was triggered off by VTB Debt Center whose 2,273 million ruble ($70 million) claim was given third priority.
The court declined to explain the reason for the recess.
According to media reports Obneftegaz is a property of Fyodor Khoroshilov, a former Sibneft top manager.
