MOSCOW, October 17 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. The court has postponed until October 24 its hearing of a bankruptcy petition filed against the Nutrinvestholding, the head company of Russia's leading baby food producer Nutritek, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reports from the courtroom.

The petition was initially filed by Grand-Inform. However, it later assigned its claim to the Baby and Dairy Products company and the court substituted the claimant in the case on Monday.

The Moscow Commercial Court postponed the case to allow the parties to submit the additional documents required for the hearing. The court awarded Grand-Inform over 11 million rubles ($355,000) in July 2010 in its lawsuit against the Nutrinvestholding for bond debt. The judgment came into force last October.

The Nutrinvestholding is presently restructuring its debt.

The Nutritek Group was established in 1990. It produces and sells baby and special food. The company operates five plants in Russia, Ukraine and New Zealand. Nutritek's founder Georgy Sazhinov currently owns a 40-percent stake in the company. Marshall Capital owns 35 percent, while the remaining 25 percent of the shares are circulated on the stock exchange.
