MOSCOW, November 1- RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A court has postponed until November 18 its hearing of a $846,487 lawsuit filed by Dagestan Airlines against the Anzhi Makhachkala football club owned by billionaire Suleyman Kerimov, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI).
During the previous hearing, the parties said they were discussing an amicable agreement. The Dagestan Commercial Court agreed to postpone the case to allow the settlement to conclude.
Dagestan Airlines claims 17.6 million rubles ($584,200) in principal debt for a charter transfer contract dated March 26, 2009. The airline also seeks to recover 1.76 million rubles ($56,000) for increasing the coefficient and 6.07 million rubles ($193,700) in penalties.
RAPSI could not reach the parties for comments.
