MOSCOW, November 7- RAPSI, Alyona Yegorova. The court has postponed until January 20 its hearing of a company's application filed for the bankruptcy of Informstrakh insurance company, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported on Monday.
The court delayed the hearing upon the parties' request, as the court has set an expert examination in another case related to the company's claim against the insurer.
The commercial court is also hearing several other bankruptcy applications filed by private individuals against Informstrakh.
The Moscow Commercial Court earlier terminated the bankruptcy proceedings against the insurer in April after it paid off its debt to a self-employed entrepreneur.
The insurer earlier successfully challenged orders by the Federal Service for Insurance Supervision (Rosstrakhnadzor) to suspend and revoke Informstrakh's license to operate as an insurer.
In December 2010, Rosstrakhnadzor was ordered by the Moscow Commercial Court to cancel its orders to suspend and revoke Informstrakh's license.
