MOSCOW, November 8 - RAPSI, Diana Gutsul. A court put off until December 2 the hearing of the defamation lawsuit by Sergei Polonsky, the founder of the Mirax Group development company, against the vslukh.ru online periodical, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported from the court on Tuesday.

Pursuant to the lawsuit, the periodical published on its website on June 24, 2011, an article titled "Polonsky's Woodcutters" which described crimes and named individuals responsible and indicated its link with Polonsky.

"Our position remains steadfast: we seek no money compensation, but we demand that the information be refuted," Kiziria told RAPSI.

Polonsky demands that the information on his cooperation with criminals, fabrication of criminal cases, use of violence, blackmail and lies be disproved.

Since the article's author was not identified, MediaGrafiks, the periodical's founder, is a defendant in the case.
