MOSCOW, November 8 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. The court will hear on November 30 the Arkhangelskoye Estate national museum's lawsuit against the Defense Ministry for auctioning off land within the museum's protection area, the Russian Legal Information Agency reports from the courtroom.
The defendants in the case are the Defense Ministry and Gradostroy which won the auction held on August 16.
The Moscow Regional Commercial Court prohibited Gradostroy from using the land as an injunction relief in the lawsuit. The court also prohibited the state registration service from registering the land plot.
Judge Grigory Sergeyev said in his decision to apply the injunction relief he took into account media reports quoting Gradostroy's director as saying the company would build facilities on the land on the museum's territory.
