MOSCOW, November 9 - RAPSI, Dmitry Shchitov. A commercial court validated a court decision to recover from Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia $26.2 million in unjust enrichment in favor of RUSAL Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Smelter, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Wednesday.
Rusal is a leading global aluminum company with a 10-percent share of both the world's aluminum and alumina output.
Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia is engaged in network power transmission across Russia and services an area of 2.2 million square kilometers.

IDGC Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance Andrei Abramov earlier told RAPSI that the company will transfer $26.36 million to RUSAL Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Smelter in due time.
