A court will hear on November 24 a cassation appeal filed by UniCredit Bank Austria AG against a dismissal to include its $35.4 million claim into the list of creditor's claims of a bankrupt development company, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Wednesday.
UniCredit Group is one of the world's largest financial institutions, operating in 49 countries across the world.
The Ninth Commercial Court of Appeals upheld in August the adverse judgment passed by the lower court.
The Moscow Commercial Court initiated a supervision procedure in Maslovka Business Center in October 2010 at the developer's request. The company said its debt amounted to 340.77 million rubles ($11 million).
