MOSCOW, November 24 - RAPSI, Natalia Belova. A commercial court shelved until November 30 the hearing of mobile services provider's claim against a $30 million supplementary tax assessment, the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) reported from the courtroom on Thursday.
The VimpelCom mobile services provider applied on July 15 to the Moscow Commercial Court against the tax service's March 30 decision on the provider's tax liability.
VimpelCom contests the supplementary tax charge amounting to 939.836 million rubles ($30 million).
The decision was made by a tax inspectorate following the company's on-site tax audit for 2007- 2008.
VimpelCom is a Russian multiservice telecommunications operator. Its sole shareholder is Denmark's VimpelCom Ltd.
