MOSCOW, December 12 - RAPSI. A commercial court will hear on January 1 the Central Bank's application for the Moscow-based National Industrial Bank's (Natsprombank) bankruptcy, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI/rapsinews.com).
The Central Bank revoked Natsprombank's license in November due to its failure to meet its obligations to creditors and the federal budget. Meanwhile, Natsprombank operated to serve the business of its owners, who did nothing to rehabilitate its financial status, the Central Bank reported.
Natsprombank was established in 1993 by enterprises in the military and industrial complex. Its charter capital is 300,000 million rubles ($9.5 million).
